The hotel is just stunning, you come by boat to it from the harbour (the only way into the hotel) and it's set in between two cliffs and it looks magnificent. The floating jetty is always fun to walk up and down to catch the boat off the resort, a great laugh when you arrive! The staff are there to help you on and off, dont worry. But after a few gos you can do it by yourself, perhaps not in heels though! The boats only go at certain times and finish quite early, and you need to book a space, you cant just turn up which was annoying for the return. We ended up using the monkey trail, but it's really hard work and id say I was reasonably fit. I actually pulled a muscle in my knee in the end as you have to walk up wooden steps and the constant strain gave me an injury! Dont let it put you off, but I wouldnt do it more than once a day! It's easier when your drunk! Didnt see any monkeys though :( We stayed 2 weeks 16th May. The hotel itself is faultless, gorgeous, and the pool is great. Food was really expensive, you pay UK prices for food (£10-£15 for meal). Where as in Ao Nang you could eat for a £1 off the street venders! Same went for drinks, we opted for £1 cocktails in Ao Nang. Forget a massage in the hotel (£40), get a hour massage in Ao Nang for £3! We had a Jacuzzi room, and we had the best view I reckon. Bed is amazing, Jacuzzi is amazing, large L shaped balcony with furniture, air con, amazing bathroom with rain shower/wet room. It was just brilliant. We had to walk though up lots of steps to get to our room as the hotel is set up into the cliff. No one used the beach by the hotel, too many jellies in the water. Take a trip to Raillay beach, which is 2 beaches across. It's lovely. Not too much sex tourism in Ao Nang (it's well hidden), so we felt pretty comfortable there and made some good friends. It was the perfect getaway!!!!

We had gone with 8 people celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary we just had the most unforgettable experience .We loved every minute we were their Luke Benbow the resident manager made icecream in front of our table which was delicious . The service was FANTASTIC from all the staff, the place was extremly clean I would highly recommend it to everyone . We can't wait to go back again ,we are already saving up again. Great work to the management and team..

This resort is FANTASTIC! The most amazing resort I have ever stayed in! My friend and I visited in May and it is by far the best place-we cannot wait to return. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the ambiance is lovely. It really provides you with a sense of Thailand and its culture while providing you with a relaxing stay. The food and beverage are delightful and the rooms are fantastic. Highly recommended to all

They are very attentive and very helpful. Also, upon checked in, my child received a friendly little chat from one of the executives (not sure that he was you or not but he is not a Thai native). Anyway, these grate services made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful weekend. i stayed at centara for 2 weeks the hotel is lovely very clean and the staff are very friendly. i would stay there again without a doubt.

This resort is absolutely FANTASTIC. My friend and I were lucky to spend a week there last week. The resort is asthetically so beautiful, but the experience is even more so because of the amazing staff and facilities. The staff are amazing, friendly and so helpful. The stay there was one of the best holidays my friend and I had ever been on. The food in the restaurant was delicious and Happy Hour at the Emerald Bar a must. So fantastic, I would go back again today! Well done on such a great resort! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

great service , super accomodation. fantastic view we have stayed in room 711 and 1602 both were very clean and with ocean view. we have booked a club room and we enjoyed free breackfast ,mid day snacks and evening tee and cofee time. also you can use free internet at club launch room. this resort is comparing to all other 5 strats in pataya is really best of the best. if you have kids ..this place is amazing ..lot of kids fun.. great beach and many swiiming pools plus lazy river. We have already stayed in this resort 5 times.. best in Pataya !!!!

stayed this hotel from 18 march till 21 march and observe nice excellent service rendered at 51flr during checkin and nice food at the world restaurant....... especially like the executive deluxe room rm which i have stay on 43rd flr........we luv the bathroom decor a lot...
