Terms & Conditions
  • This Gift Card is valid for the purchase of accommodation, spa treatments and for use in food & beverage outlets at any of the Centara Hotels & Resorts in Thailand*
  • Gift Cards are delivered via Registered Post to recipient address which is only available within Thailand (Free of Charge).
  • Delivery in Bangkok and Vicinity within 3 - 5 working days.  All other areas within 5 - 7 working days.
  • Purchased Gift Card on-line: after the payment is completed, you will receive the order confirmation code (4 digits) via email. The order confirmation code will be required to activate your Gift Card with our Staff.  please call +66 (0) 2769 1234 ext. 6595 and 6667 on Monday - Friday at 09.00 - 18.00 hrs.
  • Gift Cards expire one (1) year from the activated date or/and the purchase date (Card owner/holder should write down the expiry date on the back of the card (dd/mm/yy). Permanent marker or waterproof pen is recommended.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash. No refunds are possible and card(s) will not be accepted if damaged or altered.
  • Purchases will be deducted from the Gift Card balance. If a spend exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid either in cash, by credit card or other available payment method.
  • Please treat your Gift Card like cash. If lost, Centara Hotels & Resorts will not be able to refund the outstanding amount of the card. 
  • Card value may not be transferred to another card. Limitation Gift Card may not be used for the purchase of accommodation or other applicable services at any overseas Centara Hotels & Resorts property.
