Centara Hotels & Resorts is pleased to welcome your pet dog to accompany you during your stay with us - please mention that you will be bringing your four legged friend with you so as we know in advance. In order to ensure the comfort and safety of your pet, our other guests, and staff, there are several rules that apply to the stay of your pet as follows:

• Every pet must be booked in advance. We only have a limited number of rooms assigned for pets
• Please mention the breed and number of dogs when making your reservation
• A fully refundable cash deposit of 2,000 Thai Baht (THB) will be payable upon checking in - before you check out, your room will be inspected. Additional cleaning and/or stain removal if required will attract a charge of 500 Thai Baht (THB) and any damaged item in the room will attract a charge at cost for replacement of each item - these charges if applied will be payable upon checking out of the hotel / resort
• The hotel is entitled to reject any pet which has not been booked upfront or does not match the requirements below:
       - The size of the dog must be a medium sized breed or smaller - not bigger than 20 kilograms of weight
       - No fighting dog breeds are allowed
       - Your pet must be trained to obey your commands
       - Only one dog per booking is permitted to stay with you (depending on the breed)
       - Your pet must be clean and shampooed prior to arrival at the resortl
       - Your dog must be placed on a leash and taken outside the room while the housekeeping staff is servicing your room
       - As the owner, you will be responsible for cleaning up any "accidents" that occur within the resort grounds, gardens and beach.
          Please bring cleaning equipment
       - There is an assigned area in the restaurant where you can keep your dog under the table
       - Your dog must be kept on a leash at all times while within the resort and your dog may not enter any bar, spa, fitness, meeting room,                     or any other venue
  

We know that your pet dog is a part of your family and to leave them at home is often very sad - now you can visit us together and also treat your pet to a well earned vacation - we look forward to welcoming you and your pet.
